I’ve always had a sharp eye for detail - the kind that notices when something’s been moved, or when a space isn’t as clean as it looks. With years of experience as an Airbnb Co-Host collaborating with multiple cleaning teams, I understand the challenges of maintaining true cleanliness. There are many “good” cleaners but few exceptional ones.

 

I specialize in designing cleaning systems that are tailored to your home’s finishes and furnishings and systems that also prevent cross-contamination, elevate hygiene standards, and ensure your home is cleaned to your expectations every single time. I provide training, quality checks, and guidance so your cleaning staff works smarter, safer, and more effectively.

Home Maintenance Coordination

I believe in well-run homes where everything functions smoothly behind the scenes. With over 8 years of managing properties, including Airbnbs, I have developed lists and systems that keep homes running smoothly. I oversee routine inspections and maintenance to keep your household systems in top condition - from annual furnace checks and dryer vent cleanings to replacing filters, descaling coffee machines, testing smoke alarms, refreshing lightbulbs and batteries, and scheduling gutter or chimney care. My goal: a home that runs effortlessly and reliably.

I’m passionate about organization, documentation, and process improvement, and I bring that precision to your home.

Your custom Household Dossier will capture everything you want documented, from room-by-room inventory, cleaning zones, product lists, maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, customized instructions, and many other details from paint colors to appliance details and family preferences. It’s the ultimate personalized playbook for your home - clear, practical, and beautifully organized.

Renovation Project Management

With over 8 years of experience assisting in property management and renovation oversight, I understand the importance of planning, communication, and accountability on any project. I’ve developed detailed checklists and best-practice guides for selecting and managing contractors to ensure work proceeds seamlessly, from site cleanliness to protecting furnishings during installations.

I’m currently pursuing my CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) credential and plan to earn my PMP certification with a specialization in construction management. You can trust that every detail, big or small, will be handled with precision and professionalism.

Event & Lifestyle Support

When hosting events, I assist with food setup, display, and service flow ensuring everything feels seamless, elegant, and effortless for you and your guests.
